Please join us for our German Business Stammtisch in Birmingham on Tuesday, 15 September at 6pm at The Good Intent in the heart of Birmingham city centre, organised in partnership with the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany (BCCG).

We are delighted to welcome Paul Delaney, Head of French and German and International Co-ordinator at Solihull School, as our guest speaker at this month’s Stammtisch. With 31 years of experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages, Paul is a strong advocate for language learning and international exchange. He was instrumental in delivering Solihull School’s first Festival of Languages in 2025, and the school will now act as a hub for an ambitious National Festival of Languages aiming to reach 10,000 language learners across the country. Paul is a firm believer in strengthening connections between the UK, Germany and the wider international community.

The monthly Stammtisch will provide an excellent platform for our German business community to connect and engage with members of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany, the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany for the West Midlands Region based in Birmingham, and representatives of Germany Trade & Invest and the University of Birmingham. We will delve into discussions on business trends, cultural exchange and the bilateral relationship between Germany and the UK.

Whether you are an established professional in the region or new to Birmingham, we would be delighted to welcome you.

Attendance is complimentary. If you would like to join us, please register for the event.

We hope to see you there and look forward to an enjoyable and engaging evening in Birmingham.
